Welcome to 7lime.pro, the official website of **7Lime Cleaning LLC** ("we," "us," "our").
By using this website or booking our residential cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
### 1. Website Use
- You may use 7lime.pro only for lawful purposes and to inquire about or book our cleaning services.
- You must not misuse the site (spam, hacking attempts, false information, etc.).
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate access to the website at any time without notice.
### 2. Cleaning Services – Governing Document
All cleaning services (regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover, add-ons) are provided exclusively under our signed **Residential Cleaning Services Agreement**.
That signed agreement is the primary contract and prevails over anything written on the website in case of conflict.
### 3. Booking & Scheduling
- All bookings are confirmed only after we receive your request and send written confirmation (text/email).
- We serve St. Johns County, Nocatee, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, and select Jacksonville areas. Service outside these zones is by special arrangement only.
### 4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are as quoted or listed in your signed Residential Cleaning Services Agreement.
- Payment is due on the day of service unless pre-arranged.
- Accepted methods: Zelle, Venmo, cash, or credit/debit card (with convenience fee if applicable).
### 5. Cancellation & Lockout Policy
- 48-hour notice required for cancellation or rescheduling without charge.
- Less than 24-hour notice or lockout (we arrive but cannot enter) → 100 % of the scheduled cleaning fee is charged.
### 6. Intellectual Property
All content on 7lime.pro (text, photos, logo) is owned by 7Lime Cleaning LLC and protected by copyright. You may not copy or reuse without written permission.
### 7. Limitation of Liability
The website and services are provided "as-is." To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our cleaning services (beyond what is stated in the signed Residential Cleaning Services Agreement).
### 8. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and any dispute related to the website or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in **Duval County or St. Johns County, Florida** (our choice).
### 9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
